Aztec International Timber & Trading, Ltd. was incorporated in October of 1993 by David A. Xochihua to continue the supply of trailer decking and truck flooring to customers developed over many years. Sheila Warne is David’s full time ‘right-arm’ Sales Assistant who succeeds in the most difficult task of keeping track of all order details and helping to keep her boss and the office running smoothly and efficiently.

With over 25 years of veteran experience in the manufacture and supply of fabricated and treated wood products, it soon became apparent that additional markets could be served. A partial product list would include, but not be limited to hardwood and softwood lumber and panel products, solid hardwood trailer decking, laminated trailer flooring, exterior hardwood decking, barge and ship decking, planks and batter boards, railcar lumber, decking and components,military vehicle slats, stakes, sills, wood and composite chemical support blocks, metal and rubber products, bamboo items, etc, etc.

Utilizing our vast manufacturing base knowledge and supplier contacts, keeping in touch with our customers current and future projected requirements, and being willing to go the extra distance on the difficult mile has allowed us to develop and maintain our reputation for Quality, Service and Integrity.

As we enter our second decade of service we are re-dedicating our selves to continue to add new products and services to our line while maintaining the high level of service that has become an Aztec standard. We aim to supply any type of lumber requirement, from the commonplace to the highly unusual, built to the highest standard of quality possible, and often in record time!
